Where are you located?

AtWell is at 164 Station Road, Balsall Common, CV7 7FD. We have free parking directly outside the clinic. We serve patients from across Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Kenilworth, Coventry, and the wider West Midlands.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 9am–12pm. Same-day appointments are available for bookings made before 2pm on weekdays.

Do I need to register?

No. You can book directly without registration, referral, or leaving your existing NHS practice. Most of our patients continue to see their NHS GP alongside us.

How do I book an appointment?

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes. Same-day GP appointments are available for bookings made before 2pm on weekdays. We keep slots available each day specifically for urgent needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer the slot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you’re running late, please call us on 01676 545111 — we’ll always try to accommodate you.

How long are appointments?

Standard GP consultations are 30 minutes — three times longer than a typical NHS appointment. Some services, such as health assessments and ADHD evaluations, are longer. Appointment duration is listed on each service page.

What happens to my personal data when I book by phone?

When you book by telephone, our team will verbally confirm your consent to store and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This consent is recorded in your patient record. How much does a GP consultation cost?

A standard 30-minute GP consultation is from £110. Extended 45-minute consultations start from £140. Full pricing for all services is available on our prices page.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept insurance for physiotherapy only. We are recognised by Aviva, AXA Health, Bupa, Vitality, and WPA. All other services are self-pay with clear, upfront pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfer. Payment is taken at the time of your appointment.

No. We are transparent about pricing. You will always know the cost before you book. The price shown on each service page includes the consultation — any additional tests or procedures are discussed and quoted before going ahead.

Do you do blood tests?

Yes. We offer a comprehensive range of private blood tests with samples processed by a nationally accredited (UKAS) laboratory. Results are typically available within 24–48 hours and reviewed by your GP personally.

Do you offer health assessments?

Yes. We offer three tiers of health assessment: Core (£299), Complete (£499), and Comprehensive (£799). Each includes blood tests, physical examination, and a detailed health report with personalised recommendations.

Can I get an ADHD assessment?

Yes. We offer adult ADHD assessments with qualified clinicians. The assessment typically lasts 60–90 minutes and includes validated screening tools, a developmental history review, and a clear diagnostic outcome.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a form of photo ID and any relevant medical records, test results, or medication lists. You will also receive a short pre-appointment questionnaire to complete before your visit.

We cannot directly access NHS records, but we can request a summary from your NHS GP with your written consent. Bringing any recent test results or clinic letters to your appointment is helpful.

Do you send letters to my NHS GP?

With your permission, yes. We can write to your NHS GP with a summary of your consultation, diagnosis, and treatment plan. This helps ensure continuity of care across both your private and NHS care.
