GP Appointments
Same-Day GP Appointments
Unhurried, thorough consultations with your own named GP — available today. Thirty minutes, not ten.
If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any life-threatening symptoms, please call 999 immediately. For urgent but non-life-threatening concerns, contact NHS 111.

Quick answer
A same-day private GP appointment gives you a 30-minute consultation with an experienced GP, typically within hours of booking. You’ll see the same doctor each time, with no rushing and no six-week wait. From £110.
About this service

What to expect
A pre-consultation form before you arrive, so your GP reviews your history in advance. Then 30 minutes: full history, proper examination, and on-site diagnostics if needed. You leave with a written summary, electronic prescriptions, and a clear follow-up plan.
